Das war eines der schönsten Momente in meinem Leben. Wir kamen auf die wunderschöne Farm, duften uns die Ponys selbst aussuchen und fertig machen. Den Tieren geht es fantastisch und die Besitzerin hat alle Tiere sehr gut im Blick. Alle hatten passendes Equipment und die Tiere wirkten alle total entspannt. Zusammen mit der Besitzerin und ihrer Volunteer ging es auf einen wunderschönen Schritt Ausritt , erst durch Watt dann am Meer entlang und über die Küste zurück. Es war wie im Traum. Rund herum die Berge, das Meer und die wirklich super braven Ponies. Die Betreiberin machte super viele schöne Fotos und Videos auf dem Weg , sodass wir wunderbare Erinnerungen hatten! Auf der Hälfte sahen wir Robben im Meer und konnten diese vom Rücken der Pferde aus beobachten.
Als wir wieder zurück waren bekamen alle Ponies Heu und eine Decke. Wirklich tolle Pferde-Haltung.
Und ein wunderschöner Ausritt. Jedes Pferdemädchen sollte dies in Tromsø erleben. Ich werde es niemals vergessen.

Definitely worth a visit! I volunteered here for a few weeks this summer and really enjoyed my time. The riding terrain is beautiful and very varied. There's a good chance of seeing wild animals, like eagles. Riding along the road is rare; most of the time you ride directly along the beach or through one of the pristine forests. The horses are so well trained and great for beginners. June is a very knowledgeable guide on the tours and can tell a lot about this place. The rides were always great fun! But there's also the option of taking riding lessons on one of the fantastic horses; all of them have wonderful personalities. June is very experienced and can teach you a lot.

But what I particularly liked was the way the horses were treated and kept. They all live in groups on paddocks with open stalls. I think there's hardly a better way to keep horses! All the animals are in top condition, and the farrier visits regularly. The equipment is also well-maintained.

You can tell that June knows and loves each horse well, and I think that's the most important thing. You can tell the animals are doing very well.

I enjoyed my time here so much and am really looking forward to my next visit!

I highly recommend Tromsø Turhest AS. The rides are magnificent, and you're well taken care of. I really enjoyed my horseback ride and I hope to repeat the experience on my next visit to Norway 😉

What a wonderful place and ride! If you haven’t explored Norway from the back of a horse, than you really miss one of the highlights. My daughter and I went for a 2
hour guided ridingtour trough the forest and the sea. On the way, we enjoyed the horses, the company and de fantastic views! We were lucky to crosse the sea, and even saw two eagles.
Owner June is very friendly and has a couple of beautiful horses, who are easy to ride. On the farm is also an AirBNB availble.

My daughter and I booked a trail ride with June. My daughter has some riding experience while I’m a beginner. June, the owner of the farm, was incredibly warm and attentive. She chose the perfect horses for us, gave a thorough introduction and made sure we felt safe and comfortable all the time. An experienced girl from the stable accompanied the tour, which gave us even more confidence.

The tour was perfectly tailored to our level and led through breathtakingly beautiful scenery. We chose the evening ride – the light was magical and the atmosphere was like a dream. I’ve rarely seen anything so beautiful! Riding through the water at the end was another unforgettable highlight.

As a thoughtful extra, June took lots of photos and videos during the ride and shared them with us afterwards. She also gave us tips for other activities in the area.

We can absolutely recommend a ride with June – it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Norway!

An amazing experience and truly worth the money. I had no riding experience and was taught all the necessary basics so that I felt very comfortable, safe and in control of the horse. Even when travelling through rugged terrain making it a challenging yet simple and very enjoyable adventure.
The host went above and beyond to make this such an amazing trip. She tended to our every individual need while picking out the ideal horses and equipment for everyone. She also provided us with plenty of photos and videos she took along the way.
